3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) aaajili3 account. 4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with aaajili3's current withdrawal schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. aaajili3 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal to Own Account. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. aaajili3 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. aaajili3 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy.
5.1 General. aaajili3 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, aaajili3 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. aaajili3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify aaajili3 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. aaajili3 will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aaajili3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11.1 aaajili3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, aaajili3 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, aaajili3 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
11.3 You may close your aaajili3 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
